Big and Small in many sizes, Kidslogic is the new toy maker in the block for Saint Seiya and with a market that is controlled by Bandai on the Seiya section, it is a hard task to make a great figure that will succeed in the industry. But Kidslogic has done it. They have gone with the saint seiya market with an approach that has not been done before. The new line of Kidslogic is called the CBC collection which takes the concept of super deformed from the Gundam Series and makes it into saint seiya. This is no new thing for the Seiya Collector because we saw a lot of this figures done before in miniature scale. But this figures are 5 inches tall, with super big heads, and a magnet base, which supports the figure. But let’s review the Seiya figure which is the first one I have got my hands on them.

As you see the box, on both sides there’s the figure shot itself and with the producers names. It also has dates and danger warnings, on the front we see a big window box displaying the figure inside and on the top it says “Pegasus Seiya 002”. As you open the box you see the figure itself on a plate wrapping. But now its time to see the figure.

The figure is nothing special but the sculpt is great, the super-size head works well with the figure and the detail is tremendous. As you see the paint, you can see mantel colors and the very chrome colors that the figure displays, in my copy there were no mix ups on the paint and the figure looks phenomenal. As you see everything is great to the T, and the paint is great, overall the figure is fantastic. As we see the base, the base comes in a nice temple look. It is a light gray with white colors like most of the dioramas. The base has a big hole in the middle for the figure to stand on, but what’s on this whole is a magnetic piece that keeps the figure in place. The figure itself can’t balance well without this magnetic base but with the base it keeps it in place, the figure has 2 small magnets in its feet and that’s how they work together. The magnetic plate also has 8 led lights on the edge and lights up, so it makes for a great display for the figure. The lights are powered by 3 AAA batteries and they are on the bottom of the magnetic plate. And turn it on with a switch on the side of the base. Overall this figure and base looks stunning all over, the figure is as big as most myth cloths but you can’t deny the figure has style. The new look will go great with a lot of saint seiya female collectors cause in simple words, they look cute.

So as a new company to the Saint Seiya franchise, this is great, the figure is phenomenal and I can’t wait to get more to review. This is one beautiful collection that a starting collector and a veteran collector can enjoy and just sit back and remember your kid days. Overall I give this a solid 9. I want to thank Ishop2go for letting me review this figure and as always…
