Many things have happened in the Saint Seiya line but one of the figures that we are looking today is the Saint Seiya myth cloth crystals saint. Many people have nostalgic feeling of this figure and with good reason. This figure represents the first training of Cygnus Hyoga as an Athena saint. So we’re looking at this figure today and hope you enjoy the review. We’re going to start the review of the box and we’ll go from there.

So looking at the front of the box we see the figure of crystal saint and what we could see it doesn’t have an animated form in the front. The front only has the shot of the figure on a snowflake on the background. The box is a nice gray with blue ice color with very nice blending making it look like ice. This box is a book style kind of package and on the side it says saint cloth myth and on the bottom it says crystal saint. In the middle of the two phrases we have a picture of the object mode representing kind of a snowflake. On the back of the box we see the figure displayed in many positions and with and without the evil face. This shows you the amount of ways you can display this figure and how you could display it with and without the face piece. Inside of the box when you open it you see if the window package on the top of the trim you see it says saint and on the bottom it says crystal. As you could see this a standard two sided window package. Now that we have reviewed of the package now we’re going to look at the package inside.

Inside of the package you have a standard two plate figure package and will call the left side and the right side, on the left side we have the figure itself and part of the cloth and behind it we have the cape itself. On the right side we have most of the object mode skeleton and other parts of the cloth. This side as well contains the instruction Manual. The package is very simple and easy to determine which parts go where. Now looking at the Manual you could see the Manual is a standard two sided Manual. The instructions are very easy to follow and are not hard to read. The instruction Manual also provides you with information about the character. Now we’re going to look at the object mode.

As soon as you build the object mode you see that the object mode is not hard to make. It has very simple instructions it also comes with the addition of two metal parts just for the object mode. Some parts of the object mode looked like a face which is very surprising to me. Looking at this object mode this object mode is massive it connects to the plastic base which holds the object mode up right. This is one well-made object mode, the object looks gorgeous and massive and the amount of color it has is great. It has different shades of blue and a little bit of silver to give it that dynamic look. Overall this object mode is great, massive, and beautiful in many ways. But the real winner here as the figure mode so we’re going to review that one next.

As you build the figure mode for the first time, you could see there’s not a lot of parts for this figure. The hair is very dynamic and the faces it got have a very dynamic look. The figure looks naked for some reason and gives me the feel of incompleteness but that’s about to change when I put the cape. After you put the cape on the figure you could see a major difference on this figure is perspective. Now the figure looks complete and gives it a dynamic look to the figure. The cape flows to the curvatures of the figure and it gives it a great look. Without the cape this figure would’ve been a disaster. Its it feels kind of naked without it but that’s my honest opinion. Overall the actual sculpture of the armor is great, it has the three tones of blue and that small touch of gray to give it a great cosmetic look. The faces and hair have great dynamic tones and the evil face has great sculpture. The hair has a dynamic flow that draws your attention as soon as you put on. It has a really nice gimmick when you put the face peace on the head. The actual face piece goes around the face and the hair goes on top of the face peace which is a really nice touch. Overall this figure deserves a 10 out of 10 and is a great addition to your collection.

So most people about getting this figure but if you’re a Hyoga fan you know this figure is a must. Me when I started to get this figure I wasn’t really convinced until I had it in my hands. The amount of detail and sculpture is supreme and the amount of love it took to make this figure is phenomenal. Overall this figure is a must buy even if you’re not a fan of the character. If you’re a true Saint Seiya fan this figure is a definite must. This figure really shows you the power the figure has on your collection. When you have it in your hands it feels like you’re looking straight at the character and if you’re a Hyoga fan you may know this from his figure.

Thanks for I ishop2go for letting me review this figure and remember everybody go out and buy it.
