Since the first tamashii nation figure of Steel Saints Sho came out a lot of people have been waiting in anticipation for the rest of the team. But the wait was finally over. The two figures have hit the stores and no more than a week has gone by and the figures were sold out. On the secondary marker they were skyrocketing in price. But what makes these figures so special that people would want to just buy them like hotcakes? Well let’s review the figures themselves and see what we have.

So in the front of the package you see the figures themselves and their zodiac constilation on the background. As you know Daichi is a Fox and Ushio is a swordfish. The box has nice display on the front and both figures show great detail on the front. On the side of the box we see on one side the box has the symbol of the Land vehicle and the other side it has the symbol of the water vehicle. Is worthy to note that the box itself is just one solid long box, with no more window package and no book style., as most of the myth cloth have these features, the Tamashii nation exclusives shy from these feature on there products. On the back of the box we see that the corners have black and white pictures of the figures and then in the middle we see both figures doing action poses. You also see the swappable faces they have and the object modes of each one of them. It is a great feature and it’s a nice addition to any collector when you see the box.

Now as we open the box, you see 2 long plates stacked up in each other. Each plate has one figure and the object mode parts of each character. They are not separated in the middle like most myth cloth divide to left and right, but this is a much preferred method cause of the ability to keep every part in check and in order. As we build the object model for each character I have noticed that some parts are very loose on the figures themselves. The object modes look great and they do have movable tires on the object mode, as you see one is a car and the other one should be a submarine but they put tires on them for balance issues on them. But with the Daichi object I noticed a loose cockpit and on the Ushio one some parts were kind of loose, still the object modes are a great addition and great work went into making them so they deserve a solid 10 in my book.

As far as the figures are concerned, they are very nicely made. The sculpture on the faces is great and the figure itself are fantastic. They have captures all the right features of the animation and put them in figure form which is great. The colors of the suite do match to perfection and well the cloths are gorgeous by themselves. As Daichi cloth is concerned, the inside of the chest is die cast metal and the belt itself, arms, and all the parts of the legs are die cast metal. Helmet and everything else are plastic on this figure. As Ushio, most of his chest is plastic, well the covering parts, the inside is metal with the waist as well and all the legs and arms. The rest like his helmet is plastic. But other than those things, the cloths are just a great work of art. To the color perfection and the likeness of the figure this is a well worth figure to get. As part of the feet you do have some weight issues with them but not a lot. Most of the issues are with Daichi’s ankles. They don’t support the weight well and the figure tips over from time to time. But due to the fact that the figure is not very top heavy, the figure can be put on a comfy position and the figure will stay in place. Overall the rating on this figures are a very high high 10.

As most tamashii nation figures get more and more popular, they demand goes way high for the figures. That’s why the figures of these statures due tend to sell out very quickly. But why would they not sell if the sculpture and great looks are just one piece of why saint seiya myth cloth is the best so far. As a total these figures get a solid 9.5. Due to the fact that the object mode had some problems but other than that, the figures are great. I say this will be one of the best tamashii Nation figures I have handled up to date. It’s a great buy and you should go out and buy them.

I want to thank ishop2go for these great opportunity and remember… GO OUT AND BUY IT!!
