Saint Seiya Myth Cloth Wolf Nachi Review

As you know, these bronze saints are very hard to buy now a day with the limited release that Bandai did for these characters.  But today we got our hands on one of them and I want to figure out if the figure is worth buying with the inflated price market it has.  We will find out today if it’s a smart buy to get it, or you should wait for last.

The figure comes in a standard 2006 myth cloth box, it has stone grey as the main box color and you can see the figure itself on the front with the animated picture behind him.  After that the box comes in a standard book style package and on the side it says saint cloth myth and on the bottom it says wolf cloth.  The back has the standard poses for the figure and the look at the object mode.

When you open the package on the left side we have the figure itself with parts of the armor which are very limited, then on the other side we have the skeleton of the object mode and some parts of the armor.  The manual is very short as there are not many parts for this figure.

The object mode took less than 5 minutes to make because of the limited parts it has.  Most of the skeleton of the object mode is made of the skeleton; with a few places the figure actually puts parts on the object mode.  Still the figure looks great for a 2006 release.

Now the figure itself is a very nice work of art.  The face has the likeness of the character and looks spectacular.  The armor comes very limited with a very small chest, shoulders are plastic, head piece is plastic, and the rest of the armor is metal.  The figure does not come with many parts and the box feels light.  But overall the figure looks fantastic.  He does have the notorious ankles that are not able to sustain the figure, but the figure has so little metal that this is not the issue.

So is it worth buying for over 100 dollars, my answer is no.  The figure is very limited and very simple to be selling for that much.  Still many collectors will buy him to finish their collections, but be warned, that the figure will not live to the money you will pay.  But overall the figure is great if it was selling on their original price.

Thank You to iShop2go for letting me review the figure.
